Mike Silverberg

Mike Silverberg has a strong background in information security and risk management. Mike has held various leadership roles at HomeStreet Bank, including SVP, Chief Information Security Officer, and Corporate Security Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft for many years, where they served as the Director of Risk Management and Director of Business Process Management, among other roles. Mike also has experience working at Accenture as a Senior Consultant and at Oracle as a Technical Staff member.

Mike Silverberg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Physics with a minor in Economics from Whitman College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, graduating from 1990 to 1992. In 2011, Mike obtained the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA.
