Ray Alderfer

Ray Alderfer has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, specializing in residential collateral risk analysis. Currently a Senior Residential Collateral Risk Analyst at HomeStreet Bank, Ray joined the institution in February 2010 after a lengthy career as a staff real estate appraiser for various banks, including Washington Mutual and Countrywide. HomeStreet Bank is a regional bank headquartered in Seattle, focusing on lending in several states and expanding its market reach. Ray earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a focus on business from Westmont College, where studies were completed from 1970 to 1974, following graduation from Upland High School in 1970. Ray has been retired since 2018.
