Nan Noftsinger-Monday

Nan Noftsinger-Monday is currently serving as the Grants and Communications Manager at Homestretch Incorporated since November 2006. Prior to this, Nan worked as a Program Manager at the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development from August 1984 to May 1993. Nan holds a M.P.A. in Public Administration from the College of Charleston and a BA in Spanish from Queens University of Charlotte.
