Kelsey Hersh

Kelsey Hersh is a seasoned recruiting professional currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Hometap since July 2021, following previous roles as Recruiting Manager and Recruiter within the same organization. Before joining Hometap, Kelsey worked at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where responsibilities included counseling finance students, managing an administrative team, and teaching job preparedness courses. Kelsey also has experience as a consultant for Development Guild/DDI, focusing on recruitment and HR project management, along with past roles at Tufts University in various student and administrative positions. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Northeastern University.
