John Clifford

John Clifford is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the pest control and security industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at HomeTeam Pest Defense since November 2016, John oversees daily operations in the Charlotte market, managing $10 million in gross revenue and servicing 20,000 customers. Prior to this role, John held the position of General Manager for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company's Lawn Service division from March 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing $5 million in gross revenue and more than 9,000 customers. John also has extensive experience from a long tenure at Protection One, where positions included District Operations Manager and General Manager, overseeing substantial customer bases and financial responsibilities. John began a career in security as a Service Technician after completing education at Broward College from 1986 to 1988.
