Claire Gan JX's work experience includes:

- Assistant Director of Operations and Senior Manager, Clubhouse at HomeTeamNS from August 2013 to present.

- Club Manager at HomeTeamNS from August 2013 to June 2018.

- Assistant Manager, Projects & Events and Executive, Projects and Events at SAFRA from May 2008 to July 2013.

- Sports Officer at Singapore Island Country Club from August 2005 to April 2008, where they administered events for the swimming fraternity and worked on swim programs for members and junior members.

Claire Gan JX pursued their education at various institutions, starting with Curtin University from 2008 to 2010. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Marketing & Advertising. Later, in 2019 and 2020, Claire attended Singapore Polytechnic, where they earned a Specialist Diploma in Digital Marketing and Analytics. Prior to these qualifications, they also completed a Diploma in Sport and Wellness Management from Nanyang Polytechnic, spanning from 2002 to 2005.
