Sharon Smejkal-Cheng

Sharon Smejkal-Cheng has held several positions in the beauty industry. In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager for Homethings. Prior to this, they were a New Product Development Manager at T H E U N S E E N from 2019, and an (Interim) Global Innovation Manager - Skincare at Walgreens Boots Alliance also in 2019. In 2018, they were an (Interim) Global Category Manager at Molton Brown, and in 2017, a Technical Product Development Manager at ELEMIS. From 2010 to 2017, Sharon held various roles at Molton Brown, including Global Brand Manager, Global Junior Brand Manager, Senior Cosmetic Scientist, Cosmetic Scientist, and (Interim) Technical Officer. In 2009, they were an Education Intern at Clinique and an Assistant to National Programme Manager at Look Good.. Feel Better (LGFB). Finally, in 2007, they were a Sales Intern at Decleor, Carita and Shiseido.

Sharon Smejkal-Cheng holds a BSc (Hons) in Cosmetic Science from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. In November 2019, they obtained a PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
