Javier Carvajal Vargas

Javier Carvajal Vargas has extensive experience in the business industry. Javier began their career in 2005 as an R&D Engineer at Decos Technology Inc. In 2007, they founded napcabs GmbH and in 2008 they were a Project Manager/Consultant at Arvato Services. In 2012, they co-founded Dafiti Colombia and held the roles of MD/Co-Founder and COO/Co-Founder. In 2015, they were an European Operations Manager E-Commerce at HUGO BOSS. In 2016, they were Managing Director & COO at Flaconi. In 2017, they were COO at Mister Spex and in 2019 they were COO at asgoodasnew electronics GmbH. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer at X24Factory.

Javier Carvajal Vargas attended the Technical University of Munich from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on SCM, entrepreneurship and Innovation. Prior to that, they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
