Tuğçe Kıran Sidal has a diverse work experience. Tuğçe began their career in 2012 with a Laboratory Internship at Ali Raif Pharmaceutical Industry. In 2013, they completed an Industrial Internship at Zorlu Energy Group. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as both a Product Owner and Web Content Management Specialist at PortalGrup. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Product Owner at n11.com, where they were responsible for creating product requirement documentation, communicating with third parties, and tracking analysis, UX, development, system, and operation works. Tuğçe also searched for new e-commerce trends for R&D project planning and pre-analysis, and prepared documents and presentations of R&D project submissions. Currently, they are a Senior Product Owner at HomeTiger™.

Tuğçe Kıran Sidal obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Edirne Süleyman Demirel Science High School from 2006 to 2010.
