Kathrine Jane Mendoza

Kathrine Jane Mendoza, RPm, currently serves as the People and Culture Lead at Hometime, where responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy and overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure effective onboarding for new employees. Previously, Kathrine held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at Loanworks, managing recruitment team activities and acting as the primary contact for recruitment-related matters while also designing training for human resources recruiters and providing regular recruitment reports to senior management. Earlier experience includes roles as Recruitment Specialist and HR Assistant at FriendlyCare Foundation, Inc., focusing on recruitment and staffing processes from sourcing to onboarding. Kathrine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
