Steph Peake has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Enigma Business Products as an Administration Assistant and Procurement & Logistics Officer. In 2016, they joined The Holidays Collection as a Property Manager, responsible for managing over 100 beach houses on the South Coast of NSW. Steph then progressed to the role of Office Manager and Senior Property Manager, where they provided exceptional customer service and managed various teams. In 2022, they joined Hometime as a Market Manager and was later promoted to Senior Market Manager in 2023. Throughout their career, Steph has demonstrated a strong focus on customer service, team management, and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
Steph Peake received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University, which they pursued from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained the following certifications: "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities" from LinkedIn in August 2021, "Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers" from LinkedIn in July 2021, and a "Certificate of Registration" from Service NSW in July 2016.
