Lily Bather

Lily Bather is a Senior Product Designer at HomeToGo, responsible for the design of on-site booking and payment experiences. Additionally, Lily serves as a Design Mentor at Femme Palette and Dribbble, providing coaching on career development, design skills, and public speaking strategies. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at LOVOO and Lead UX Interaction Designer at 7-Eleven, where Lily led the design of various digital experiences that drove sales and improved customer interactions. Lily's design expertise is supported by a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana and ongoing Master's studies in Integrated Design at Hochschule Anhalt. With a strong commitment to empowering women in design and a history of impactful public speaking, Lily continues to contribute significantly to the design community.
