Andy. Benko

Andy Benko has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as TSO & Engineering Manager at Hometown Food Company since September 2018. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions at The J.M. Smucker Company from February 2005 to September 2018, including TSO Manager, Engineering Manager, and Corporate Process Engineer. Andy also gained experience as an R&D Process Engineer at International Multifoods from April 2003 to February 2005, and as a Production Assistant/Process Engineer at Archer Daniels Midland Company from May 1998 to April 2003. Andy earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton, completing studies from 1993 to 1998.
