Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership, real estate, and coaching. As the Founder and Coach at BUILD Coaching Company, LLC since May 2019, Ben utilizes practical leadership experience from various sectors, including sports and small business, to develop leaders and teams. In addition, Ben has been the Team Leader and Junior Partner at Hometown Realty since June 2012, heading a successful team that achieves over 125 closings annually. Earlier roles include internships at Loveland Distributing and Capitol Financial Solutions, as well as a position with the University of Richmond Football. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, earned between 2008 and 2012.
