Berrah Brown

Berrah Brown serves as the Chief Operating Officer for HomeTown Services since August 2021, driving the Executive Leadership team through significant growth and geographical expansion while fostering a strong associate and customer-centric culture. Previous roles include Regional Director - US Central and General Manager at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, where Berrah managed HVAC operations in the greater Kansas City market, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CMP Corporation, overseeing sales and marketing for HVACR compressor parts. Berrah also held several managerial positions at Johnson Controls and Sears Holdings Corporation, including Region General Manager and various roles involving workforce management, technical support, and project management. Berrah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Madison University.
