Don Gurganus

Don Gurganus is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in creative consulting, mentoring, and military service. Currently serving as a Creative Consultant at Hometown Workforce since October 2022, Don also offers mentorship at Dragon University, focusing on mindset training for military and civilian teams. As a Managing Member of Thumbprint Properties LLC since June 2017, Don is committed to developing innovative homeownership solutions. Don's military career spans over three decades, including roles as Cyber Support Functional Manager and Superintendent in the United States Air Force, culminating in retirement in December 2017. Further, Don has experience as an Advisor at Powur, PBC, advocating for clean solar power solutions, and held a leadership position at Defense Media Activity from August 2010 to February 2013. Don's academic background includes multiple Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and personal development training through PSI Seminars.
