Michaela English has extensive experience in account management and client success, currently serving as Head of Account Management at Hometrack since May 2019, following roles as National Account Manager and Account Manager. Prior to this, Michaela held positions at Airsorted from January 2018 to May 2019 as Senior Client Success Executive and Client Success Executive. Previous experience includes working as Lettings Manager at Countrywide Plc and Senior Negotiator, where responsibilities involved managing portfolios, generating sales, delivering customer service excellence, and leading teams to meet targets. Michaela started their career in lettings negotiation at various branches, contributing to business generation and client relations. Education includes A Levels from Mark Rutherford Upper School, completed in 2011.
