Pranjal Arya

Pranjal Arya is the Chief Commercial Officer at Hometree. Prior to joining Hometree, they worked as a consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants and EY.

At OC&C, Pranjal was responsible for leading workstreams and managing junior staff. Pranjal also founded the OC&C Ethnic and Cultural Diversity Network. Pranjal was promoted two years ahead of their peers, and their role rapidly transitioned from executing analysis to leading workstreams.

Pranjal’s work at EY focused on strategy and M&A projects across Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, and B2B services. Pranjal was promoted to consultant after only nine months with the company.

Pranjal Arya completed their BA and MA in Economics at the University of Cambridge, where they were ranked 9th out of 170 students. Pranjal then went on to complete a Master of Arts in Economics at Bolton School.

Their manager is Simon Phelan, Founder & CEO. A direct report to Pranjal Arya is and Jason Dinsdale - Creative Director. They work with Meghan Turner - Head of Customer Care and Repairs, Simon Veingard - COO, and Alejandro Yanez - Head of Product.
