Zack Topuzov

Zack Topuzov, CPA, ACCA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Zack currently holds the position of Head of Finance at Hometree, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Smarkets as Head of Finance, where they played a key role in developing the finance function and implementing operational procedures. Zack was also involved in securing a significant Series B investment round. Before Smarkets, Zack worked as an Audit Senior at Haslers, where they gained experience in financial statement audits and complex consolidations for large groups. Earlier in their career, they served as an Audit In-Charge at Plante Moran, an Income Tax Intern at Walgreens, a Financial Analyst Intern at PJL Financial, and a Front End Manager at Target.

Zack Topuzov, CPA, ACCA, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago (2011-2013) and an Associate of Art in Accounting from Oakton College (2009-2010). Zack obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation in 2014 and is also an ACCA-certified professional.
