Martin Ochs

Martin Ochs has over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, beginning as Branch Manager at Troy and Nichols Mortgage from 1985 to 1990, where Martin was the top producing loan officer. Following that, Martin served as Producing Sales Manager at Chase Manhattan Mortgage from 1990 to 1999, overseeing a sales staff of 20 and training new loan officers in the Austin area. From 1999 to 2004, Martin was a Partner Mortgage Planner at Milestone Mortgage, responsible for originating home loans and managing sales and operations staff. Martin continued as a Mortgage Planner at First American Mortgage Trust from 2005 to 2008, before taking on the same role at Hometrust Mortgage, where Martin has been employed since June 2008. Martin earned a degree in Communication, Radio Television and Film from UT Austin between 1970 and 1975.
