Tanya Trahan is an experienced mortgage underwriter with a strong background in ensuring compliance with Agency and Investor guidelines. Currently serving as a Mortgage Underwriter at Hometrust Mortgage Company since December 2016, Tanya is qualified to underwrite various loan types, including Conventional, USDA, FHA, VA, and Non-Agency/Jumbo loans. Prior experience includes a role as a Mortgage Underwriter at Homeside Financial from April 2014 to November 2016, as well as a Senior Loan Processor and Mortgage Underwriter at NFM Lending from November 2009 to March 2014. Tanya's educational background includes studies at the College of the Mainland and Klein High School.
