Dawn Williams

Dawn Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in compliance auditing, property management, and business ownership. Since October 2011, Dawn has worked as a Compliance Auditor for HomeVestors of America, Inc., focusing on ensuring compliance within franchise agreements and overseeing accounts receivable collections. Prior to this role, Dawn owned and managed seasonal firework stands at KD'S Fireworks from 2000 to 2012 and served as a Community Manager for Commerce Apartment Communities from 2000 to 2007, where oversight of over 100 apartment units was required. Additionally, Dawn worked as a Title Researcher for EOG Resources between 2007 and 2009, conducting extensive historical property title research. Currently pursuing further education at Western Governors University, Dawn's academic journey commenced at Paris Junior College from 2010 to 2011.
