Seona Meharg

Seona Meharg is an Integration Scientist at CSIRO, specializing in the Enabling Sustainability Transitions Team since May 2013. In addition, Seona has participated in Homeward Bound #5, a global initiative aimed at enhancing the leadership capabilities of women in STEMM fields. Previous experience includes serving as a Policy Officer for the Australian Government, managing programs in the International Adaptation Strategies Team for the Pacific, and holding the position of Theme Manager in Sustainable Cities and Coasts at CSIRO's Climate Adaptation Flagship. An academic background from The Australian National University includes a PhD in Catalysing Change Agents through Research for Development, along with Master’s degrees in Communication and Environmental Law, Management and Business, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Science and Commerce with a focus on Ecology, Geography, Accountancy, and Management.
