Homeward Bound AZ
KateLynn Dean, MSW, currently serves as the Homeless Initiatives Program Manager for Maricopa County since June 2024. Prior to this role, KateLynn held various positions at Homeward Bound AZ from September 2018 to June 2024, culminating as the Director of Community & Youth Services, where responsibilities included leading the development of comprehensive prevention initiatives and educational programs for youth. KateLynn's prior experience also encompasses roles at the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence, Community Alliance Against Family Abuse, and Sojourner Center, contributing to advocacy, policy, and training efforts related to domestic and sexual violence. KateLynn earned a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Central College.
