Homeward Bound is a non-profit based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our mission is to create pathways out of poverty for homeless families ready to make a change. Since our founding in 1990, we have helped thousands of homeless families in the Valley with not just housing, but real solutions to the causes of homelessness — so they won't ever be homeless again.

The Property and Facilities Team at Homeward Bound AZ is responsible for maintaining and managing the housing facilities provided to homeless families. This includes ensuring the properties are safe, clean, and functional, conducting regular maintenance and repairs, and supporting the overall mission by creating a welcoming and supportive living environment for the families we serve.
