Colleen McDermott

Colleen McDermott is a skilled professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, social justice education, and research. Currently serving as the Special Projects Coordinator and Development Associate at Homeward Bound of Marin since October 2011, Colleen focuses on fundraising projects, grant proposals, and community outreach. Prior roles include Social Justice Educator for the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael, where Colleen planned a study on water issues, and a pro bono researcher for Mary Ryder Home, contributing to resident satisfaction studies.
