Laurel te Velde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program analysis, data analytics, and educational research. Currently serving as the Program Analysis Manager at Homeward Bound of Marin since February 2020, Laurel continues to demonstrate expertise in data-driven decision making. Previously, Laurel held key positions including Manager of Data Analytics at SHELTER, Inc., where leadership was provided for a new analytics team, and Director of Transition Services, overseeing housing and supportive services. Laurel's career also includes roles as Associate Research Director at Heller Research and Director of Evaluation and Organizational Learning at Peer Health Exchange, where program evaluation and staff training were central responsibilities.
