Emily Drori Shannon

Emily Drori Shannon has a varied work experience starting in 2010 as an Arts Administration Intern at Phillips. After that, they worked as a Project Director for Business Development at Livet Reichard Company from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they pursued their MBA at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, which they completed in 2016. During their MBA, they also did an internship at Mattel, Inc. as an MBA Intern in Global Commercial Strategic Planning. Following their MBA, Emily joined Strategy& as a Senior Associate from 2016 to 2018, and then became a Manager from 2018 to 2018. Emily then transitioned to Compass, where they worked as a Strategic Growth Manager from 2019 to 2020, and later as a Senior Manager of Strategic Growth from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Emily is employed at Homeward, where they started as a Director of Growth Strategy and Operations in 2021 and is now the VP of Strategy and Operations since January 2023.
