Pat McPhee

Pat McPhee started their work experience in 2010 as an Accounting and Human Resources Assistant at PMB Helin Donovan, LLP. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Executive Assistant, Online Marketing at The Heyl Group at Keller Williams. In 2012, they also started working at the U.S. Army, where they held various roles such as Assistant Operations Officer, Platoon Leader, and Company Executive Officer. They served in Afghanistan and were responsible for logistics planning, professional development, and mission execution. In 2017, Pat became a Senior Auditor at PMB Helin Donovan, conducting external audits of financial statements. Since 2020, they have been working at Homeward, first as an FP&A Manager - Capital Markets and currently as a Senior Manager, Finance.

Pat McPhee earned a BBA in Accounting from St. Edward's University from 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Pat pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Texas McCombs School of Business.
