Alicia Hudson

Alicia Hudson is the Vice President of Central Operations at Homeward Health since January 2024, responsible for designing and executing operational strategies to enhance healthcare delivery for underserved populations. Prior to this, Alicia held several senior leadership roles at ChenMed from September 2017 to October 2023, including Senior Director of National Operations, where expertise in healthcare industry performance management was developed. Alicia also served at DaVita Kidney Care as Market Operations Director, overseeing P&L management and patient care for hemodialysis facilities, and worked as Clinic Operations Manager at Oak Street Health. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
