Bryant Newman

Bryant Newman serves as the Director of Member Engagement at Homeward, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Bryant held various roles at Landmark Health from January 2018 to September 2024, including Senior Manager of Outreach and Engagement, where responsibilities encompassed developing partnerships with hospitals and community organizations, coordinating meetings, and identifying patient enrollment strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) as a Care Transitions Coach and a Care Coordination Technician II, focusing on care transition services and member needs assessments. Previously, Bryant worked as a Medical Case Manager at the Area Agency on Aging and held positions at Southwest Network, including Transition Facilitator and High Needs Case Manager. Bryant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Family Studies from Arizona State University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
