Jennifer Schneider

Jennifer Schneider is the CEO at Homeward. Jennifer was previously the President at Livongo Health from September 2015 to October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Medical Officer at Castlight Health from May 2010 to September 2015, where they led a team of clinicians focusing on product innovation, particularly as it related to providers and innovative customers. Jennifer has also served as a Clinical Advisory Board Member for Doctors on Demand from February 2013 to February 2014, where they provided active feedback on early products and recruited physicians to staff tele-medicine care.

Jennifer Schneider is also the founder of Jennifer Schneider Consulting, which they ran from January 2008 to May 2010. Jennifer has worked as a hospitalist for Team Health from June 2007 to January 2014, and for Kaiser Permanente from July 2006 to June 2007. In July 2005, they became the Chief Resident at Stanford Hospital & Clinics, where they worked until June 2006.

Jennifer Schneider attended Stanford University, where they earned a Master's degree in Health Services Research. Jennifer then attended The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine. Finally, they attended College of the Holy Cross, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General.
