Jacob Hill-Male is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering and distribution support, currently serving as the Distribution Support Leader at Homewerks Worldwide since April 2021. In this role, Jacob leads ICQA and Engineering initiatives. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Industrial Engineer and DC Industrial Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed new facility design, warehouse management system (WMS) configuration, and continuous improvement projects. Prior to Homewerks Worldwide, Jacob held the role of Business Process Expert at DB Schenker, focusing on WMS upgrades and process optimization, and as an Industrial Engineer, where facilitation of continuous improvement workshops was a key duty. Early career experience includes a research assistant role at InTrans and a case picker position at Perishable Distributors of Iowa, Ltd. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
