Ralph Mushantaf has extensive experience in project management and industrial engineering, currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. since October 2020, after holding positions as a Process and Insight Analyst and Junior Process and Insight Analyst. Prior to this, Ralph worked as a Junior Consultant at maginative, managing project coordination for notable clients such as Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital, and applying advanced analytics for decision-making enhancements. Additional experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Janey Construction Management and Consulting, where Ralph implemented software solutions and managed project budgets. Earlier work as an Industrial Engineer at Instron Corporation involved optimizing manufacturing layouts and training staff, while initial experience as an Accountant at SAM Engineering provided foundational skills in financial oversight. Ralph holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Northeastern University.
