Kemi Alli possesses extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving on the Board of Directors for HomeWorks Trenton and holding multiple leadership roles at Henry J. Austin Health Center, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Pediatric Section Chief, and Pediatrician since July 1998. Additionally, Kemi is a member of the Board of Trustees at Thomas Edison State University and has been involved with Trenton Health Team since 2012. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member for the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute from July 2018 to April 2023. Kemi's educational background includes earning a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Rutgers University.

HomeWorks is a free, community-based, after-school, boarding program for high school girls in Trenton, NJ. We provide academic, identity-driven leadership, wellness, and social-emotional enrichment activities to supplement public schools and equip young women with the tools to become community leaders. Our mission is to foster a community of empowered young women who strive to achieve their full potential and positively impact the world around them.
