Jeff Poulton

Jeff Poulton is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since July 2019, Jeff also holds positions on the Board of Directors for CervoMed and Homology Medicines, Inc. Prior to Alnylam, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer at Indigo and held multiple senior leadership roles at Shire, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director. Jeff's earlier career includes management positions in financial planning at Cinergy and participation in the Financial Management Development Program at PPG Industries. Jeff Poulton began professional service as a Supply Officer in the US Navy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
