Mahmoud Ibrahim

Mahmoud Ibrahim has a diverse work experience, starting as a Customer Experience Analyst at Cisco Systems in 2009. Mahmoud then moved on to Jumia Group, where they held various roles such as Customer Experience Manager and later, VP Operations. In 2016, Mahmoud co-founded and served as COO of Daraz, a leading online shopping and selling platform in South Asia. Mahmoud played a key role in building a thriving ecosystem with thousands of sellers and millions of consumers. Currently, Mahmoud is the Co-founder and CEO of Homzmart, a company they started in 2020. Mahmoud also recently became an investor at Krave Mart in 2021. Overall, their experience showcases their expertise in customer experience, operations management, and entrepreneurship.

Mahmoud Ibrahim attended Ain Shams University from 2007 to 2011, where they studied at the Business School. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management.
