Malav Shah

Malav Shah possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, having served in various senior roles at Honasa Consumer Ltd. from May 2022 to March 2025, including AVP, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager. Prior to this, Malav worked at Reliance Industries Limited from July 2016 to May 2022 as an HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included partnering with finance and audit functions, managing performance and talent processes, and executing employee engagement initiatives for over 24,000 employees. Earlier, Malav undertook a Human Resources internship at Wagh Bakri Tea Group, focusing on performance management and employee engagement strategies. Malav holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Goa Institute of Management and a BE in Biomedical Engineering from LD College of Engineering, Ahmedabad.
