Julianne Britt

Julianne Britt is an experienced professional in associate relations and talent development, currently serving as the Associate Relations and Talent Development Lead at Honda Aircraft Company since January 2021. Previously, Julianne held various roles at North Carolina State University, including Coordinator of New Student Programs and Graduate Intern in the Career Development Center, where responsibilities encompassed designing training curricula, facilitating learning interventions, supporting recruitment and onboarding, advising students on career development, and mentoring student staff. With a Master's of Education in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services and a Bachelor's of Science in Science Education from North Carolina State University, Julianne has demonstrated a commitment to student success and effective program implementation across multiple academic and professional environments.
