Tim's earlier career includes managerial and engineering roles at Emivest Aerospace, Bell Helicopter, and Bombardier Aerospace, showcasing a strong foundation in methods engineering and production control. Tim holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Fort Hays State University.
