Ghussan Ayub Hashmi

Ghussan Ayub Hashmi has extensive experience in localization, part development, and vendor development within the automotive industry, currently serving as Sr. Assistant Manager at Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited since March 2015. Key responsibilities include leading localization projects, managing local parts development for new models, and reporting to top management on strategies and status. Ghussan’s expertise extends to budget management, risk evaluation, and optimizing localization monitoring systems. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Executive Engineer within the same company, as well as a position as Assistant Engineer Mechanical with the Government of Pakistan, focusing on technical input, QMS implementation, and performance evaluation. Ghussan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, complemented by additional training in quality management and laboratory systems.
