Kent Lamb

Kent Lamb is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Manager at Kasai North America, Inc., since March 2024, Kent focuses on developing quality engineers and managing customer outflow containment. Prior to this role, Kent held various positions at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, LLC, where responsibilities included engineering oversight for parts quality, managing engine assembly teams, and supervising machining departments. Kent's career began at ITT Automotive and included leadership roles at Continental Teves. Kent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Shaw University, complementing a strong foundation in continuous improvement and quality management practices across multiple organizations.
