Joshua Amrith Raj

Joshua Amrith Raj is a skilled software and robotics engineer with extensive experience in automation and robotic manipulation. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc. since August 2022, Joshua previously worked as a Robotics Engineer at Vicarious and GAF Energy. Joshua's expertise includes grasping and pose estimation for Lateral Flow Assay tests during an internship at Siemens, and advanced research on autonomous in-hand manipulation control using visual servoing as a Graduate Student Researcher at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Robotics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
