Charlotte Welsh

Charlotte Welsh is an experienced data analyst currently engaged in the Engineering Development Program at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Charlotte served as the Integration and Testing Subsystem Lead at Fighting Irish Racing, where significant contributions included founding the team, enhancing engagement, and developing testing protocols for mechanical integration. A technology and innovation intern at bp, Charlotte created a machine learning algorithm and worked extensively with a tech stack that included Azure, Python, and SQL while managing tasks as Scrum Master in an Agile team setting. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2023.
