Matt Springer

Matt Springer serves as the Central Ohio Workforce Partnerships Lead at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since March 2024. In this role, Matt focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners to create a pipeline of talent for Honda. Prior to this position, Matt held various roles at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. from June 2009 to March 2024, including Business & Reliability Unit Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the plant's reliability program and managing multiple engineering and maintenance functions. Earlier roles at Honda included positions as Staff Engineer, Engineering Coordinator, and Maintenance Team Lead among others. Matt's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from Edison State Community College, completed in May 2009.
