Matthew Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, operations management, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Go To Market Advisor at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., Matthew has previously held significant roles at Motivate LLC, including Vice President of Global Business Development & Growth and General Manager of Business Development and Operations. At Tesla, Matthew managed West Coast regional operations for body repair and served as Program Manager for Lean & Operational Excellence, focusing on process improvements and customer experience. As General Manager and Minority Owner at Baker Collision Express, Matthew successfully led a business restructuring initiative that expanded operations from one to three locations, resulting in a tenfold increase in revenue. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of South Carolina.
