Michael James has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Assistant Zone Manager for Market Representation in the Northeast Region at American Honda Motor Company since December 2013. In this role, Michael builds and maintains strong relationships with dealer personnel, facilitates vehicle allocations, conducts product training, and supports dealers in achieving district objectives. Prior to this, Michael worked at Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing of America from March 2007 to December 2013 as an External Logistics Specialist and Production Control Specialist, managing logistics budgets and ensuring production goals were met. Michael's previous experience also includes various district management roles at Toyota Motor Sales from 2002 to 2007, where responsibilities included establishing dealer relationships and implementing marketing strategies. Michael served in the United States Air Force as a Flight Security Controller from February 1993 to February 1997. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate degree from El Camino College.
