Frank Hayes

Frank Hayes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Honest Burgers Ltd since December 2020. Previously, Frank held significant leadership roles, including Managing Director for Northgate plc, where a refreshed business strategy was developed, and Managing Director at Wyevale Garden Centres, focusing on commercial strategies. Additional experience includes consulting for Burger King Europe and successful tenures at Betts Group and Spirit Group Ltd., where financial performance was notably improved. Frank's early career at Yum! Restaurants International involved leadership roles in France and Spain, driving turnarounds and refranchising initiatives.
