Ong Lay Ann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they are serving as a Director at Asia Digital Ventures. Prior to this, Ong was the Director and Chairman of WestStar Industrial Ltd, a conglomerate holding company with interests in various sectors. They also held positions as Director at ISDN Investments Pte. Ltd., Founder/Director at Weststar Group Family Office, CEO and Director at honestbee, Director and CEO of Eardish Asia at EarDish Corporation, and Director and CEO of Financial Payment Systems.
