Axel Alvarez

Axel Alvarez has worked in the animation and motion graphics industry, specializing in digital compositing and motion graphic design. Axel started their career as a Digital Compositor at yU+co in 2017, where they worked on notable projects such as Addams Family, Robin Hood, Crazy Rich Asians, and Tomb Raider. Axel then joined Titmouse in 2020 as a Digital Compositor, working on projects like Scavengers Reign, Duck & Goose, and Area 21. In 2021, Axel moved to Lex & Otis Animation, continuing their role as a Digital Compositor until 2023. Throughout their work experience, they collaborated closely with Art Directors, Producers, Show Runners, Supervising Directors, directors, VFX supervisors, and post-production teams to create seamless composites and solve technical and creative challenges.

Axel Alvarez attended the Savannah College of Art and Design from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Animation. In addition to their formal education, Axel has also obtained several certifications in various software and techniques related to animation and video editing.
